Easy Homemade Korean Curry with Pork(any meet) & Vegetables

- Pork (any meet, any cut) 500g
- Potatoes 7 (about 900g)
- Carrots 2 (about 300g)
- Onions 2 (about 300g)
β Recommended: caramelized onions for deeper flavor - Curry powder or curry blocks 80β100g
- Salt 1 tsp (5g)
- Black pepper 1 tsp (5g)
- Water 800β1000ml

- Peel and wash potatoes and carrots.
- Cut into even cubes (2β3cm).

Cut one flat side first for stability when cutting round vegetables.
- If using fresh onions, cut into similar size cubes.

- Add pork first and cook for 3β5 minutes.

- Add 2 tbsp caramelized onions.
