    🛒 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)
    • Pork (any meet, any cut) 500g
    • Potatoes 7 (about 900g)
    • Carrots 2 (about 300g)
    • Onions 2 (about 300g)
      → Recommended: caramelized onions for deeper flavor
    • Curry powder or curry blocks 80–100g
    • Salt 1 tsp (5g)
    • Black pepper 1 tsp (5g)
    • Water 800–1000ml

    1. Peel and wash potatoes and carrots.
    2. Cut into even cubes (2–3cm).

    Cut one flat side first for stability when cutting round vegetables.

      • 1 tsp salt (5g)
      • 1 tsp black pepper (5g)
    3. Mix well and let sit for 10 minutes

    1. Add 800–1000ml water to a large pot and bring to a boil.
    2. Add pork first and cook for 3–5 minutes.
    3. Once boiling again, add potatoes, carrots, and onions.
    4. Cook for 10–15 minutes until vegetables are fully tender.
    5. Add 2 tbsp caramelized onions.

    1. Remove about 200ml hot broth into a bowl.
